The Monarch Beach Sunrise Rotary Club Presents A Sizzling Sevilla Night!
Benefiting Children’s Charities
June 17th, 2022 5:30pm at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point
Featuring Chef Leo Razo and The Paella Experience!
Come sample the food by Chef Leo Razo who represented the USA in the Sueca, Spain Paella Competition, where paella was born. Chef Leo Razo, of Villa Roma Restaurant & Cambalache Grill, will showcase “The Paella Experience.”
Dinner will include Antipasti Appetizers, Salad, Paella, and Dessert. Paella options include Mixed Paella (shrimp, mussels, clams, pork, and veggies), Pork and Veggie Paella, and Veggie Paella. Eggplant Parmesan will be offered as a substitute for paella (must note when buying tickets).
EVENT SCHEDULE
Starts at 5:30pm, ends at 9pm and includes:
- Cocktail Hour with Spanish Guitar
- Silent Auction along with Bubbles & Bling (one lucky winner of $1600 diamond)
- Flamenco Dancer during Dinner along with Fun Games
- Live Auction of items like Paella Event for 20 people valued at $4000, Italian Wine Dinner for 8, Fabulous Trips and More
- Opportunity Trip Drawing
Early Bird Tickets through March 31st, 2022:
General Seating $150 and VIP Tickets $200 (prime seating and sangria in a signature glass)
Tickets after March 31st, 2022:
